Plans change. Here is how cancellations and refunds work for Karavan bookings.

|---|---|
| 30 days or more before departure | Full refund minus 5% processing fee |
| 15–29 days before departure | 50% refund, or 100% trek voucher |
| Less than 15 days | 50% trek voucher, no cash refund |
| No-show | No refund |
Vouchers are valid for 12 months on any Karavan trek and are transferable.
If we cancel a departure because of weather, natural calamities or government restrictions before the trek starts, you get a 100% trek voucher or a full refund. If the trek is cut short after it starts, no refund is due, but we will do our best to offer an alternative.
